Karen Gervais
Karen Gervais

Karen focuses on transformational executive development, within leadership and business development communities, where personal influence and stakeholder relationships are critical. She has 15 years experience as a professional ICF-accredited coach and facilitator, preceded by 10 years with Ernst & Young management consultants in organisational and leadership development. Recognised for her fresh engaging approach, Karen is passionate about pushing the boundaries of possibility and helping individuals, teams and organisations connect profoundly with their unique potential. She was one of the first in the UK to gain a Post-Graduate Certificate in Applied Emotional Intelligence and helped to shape the first EMCC award-winning coaching diploma at the Academy of Executive Coaching, where she is a member of the teaching Faculty. She has developed new tools in executive presence, trusted advisor relationships, emotional recycling, creative visioning and personal branding. Karen has an Advanced Diploma in Executive Coaching and is a Somatic-cognitive coach, NLP practitioner and Gestalt facilitator of change. She has coached individuals and groups from over 25 countries across Europe, Asia, Middle East and America.


Mike Barkham
Mike Barkham  

Mike has a deep and broad business background from 25 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers where, as a partner, he advised global clients on business, IT, risk management and people. He had a focus on mergers, acquisitions and one-off transformational projects and was a successful leader of different business units, using a coaching oriented style to deliver improved results. Mike works with individuals as an executive coach, and facilitates group work with teams and on senior executive development programs. He is a member of the coaching team at London Business School and a visiting programme tutor at Cranfield University School of Management. Mike is trained in various psychometric tools, works somatically with the Centaur character styles and brings a deep understanding of human behaviour from his study in neuro-science.  He has an Advanced Diploma in Executive Coaching and is a member of the Neuro-Leadership Insititute.


Andrew Deller

Andrew is a highly respected facilitator, consultant and coach, working with organisations across several continents to develop leadership capability and enable sustained business success. He was employed for 15 years with the Barclays group, which included leading a team of 80 across 12 countries in Africa, as COO of HR, to deliver exceptional service to 7000 employees. He also spent a year working with the CEO of Saudi Stock Exchange, to support the development of leadership capability at senior levels within the organisation. Andrew’s philosophy around the importance of self-awareness and personal choice, encourage all those he works with to make empowering leadership decisions. He is known for his direct, pragmatic and quality-driven approach and brings both focus and humour into his work. Andrew is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD) and a qualified executive coach with the Academy of Executive Coaching.


Kath Burlinson
Kath Burlinson

Kath is a professional theatre director with a passion for working with people from all backgrounds. Her focus is always on authenticity: supporting each person to discover and project what is unique to them, to harness their passion and lead from a place of humanity and dignity. Her specialism is aligning the body, breath and voice to help individuals increase personal impact and presence, build leadership and improve communication skills. Kath has been working in the corporate and public sectors for ten years with a wide variety of consultants and organisations, including coaching executives in preparation for business conferences and high-level presentations, working with emerging global leaders from across Europe and helping companies and teams envision their futures through a dynamic somatic process known as ‘human sculpting’. Kath leads and delivers ‘The Art of Being Heard’ training programme from the Theatre Royal Bury St Edmunds, where she is an Associate Artist. She draws on her academic background in drama, psychology, philosophy and literature.


Mark Porter
Mark Porter

Mark spent several years, from 2005, as the UK CEO for Capgemini having started his own IT and consulting business in the 1980s which he grew and sold to the company. More recently, after a successful period in the UK, Mark moved to the Paris HQ of Capgemini to head up the Western European consulting business with responsibility for over 20,000 employees. During his career at Capgemini he spent time in senior account management, business development, strategy setting and executive leadership. He was instrumental in winning significant new business for the organisation and developing strategic new relationships at executive level in the private and public sectors. Mark was above all a visible leader and implementer of change. His natural energy and enthusiasm, coupled with his collaborative leadership style, were significant factors in the success he had driving the businesses he ran. He brings a great wealth of insight and challenge to the real play scenarios with Turquoise Sky.


Edmund White
Edmund White

Edmund has worked with executive level teams for over 20 years, shaping business and communication strategies and helping the most senior players focus on how their thinking can be, will be, and should be interpreted, inside and outside their organisations. As a communications expert and coach, he is passionate about inspiring leaders to hone their ability for communication in order to maximise their influence. His particular focus is within stakeholder engagement and change management contexts. Edmund was formerly Director of Communications with Ernst & Young and with Zurich Financial Services. He also spent many years supporting major change programs with the public and private sectors, as executive consultant with Ernst & Young and as founding partner of a specialist consultancy. Edmund lived and worked in France for 10 years and has a deep understanding of European, UK and North American business cultures.
