Karen Gervais: Karen has over 15 years’ experience in executive coaching and leadership program design, with a focus on personal influence and stakeholder relationships. She spent 10 years at Ernst & Young Management Consultants where she latterly had responsibility for leadership development in the partner group. Subsequently, Karen became a director at Inside Leadership, now Turquoise Sky, working with service based organisations and business development communities, for whom client connections and relationship-based leadership are critical. She has gained a reputation for bringing forward thinking development approaches to this area and recently pioneered new research to explore what makes excellence in a Trusted Advisor. Karen has coached people from over 20 different nationalities and, qualified in psychometric test design, develops new profiling tools as well as deploying a range of internationally accredited instruments. With a background in psychology, she was one of the first in the UK to gain a post-graduate certificate in applied emotional intelligence. She has an advanced diploma in executive coaching and is an NLP practitioner, somatic-cognitive coach and Gestalt facilitator.


Richard Kelly: Richard has had 23 years' experience in the Blue Chip world in a variety of executive positions, followed by two years as Trusted Advisor to senior executives in growing businesses. While at BP, Richard requested, evaluated and selected multi-million consulting and outsourcing contracts on a frequent basis – he has worked with a very wide spectrum of business advisory, technology and outsourcing consultants, and knows what good looks like from the demand side. He also spent time as Director of Account Management for BP’s $500m Global IT Operations organization and understands the challenges and complexities of leading accounts. Richard is a founder member of Clarity for Business, a select group of experienced entrepreneurs and business people who provide high-growth coaching to SMEs. He has been a role player for Boardroom Excellence, amongst other Turquoise Sky learning programs, for the past 3 years and is known for his strong business acumen.


Diane Morton: Diane has a solid platform in personal coaching, team effectiveness and leadership development built from over 20 years’ experience as an external consultant to service based organisations. She previously worked with the Prudential, Price Waterhouse Coopers and Energis in a variety of business management and learning and development roles. She was a director with Inside Leadership for several years and is founder of Morton Corporate Consulting. Diane is recognised for her commitment to delivering quality, tangible results and for bringing pragmatic, innovative approaches into the corporate classroom. She has a diploma in humanistic psychology and is a master NLP practitioner with accreditation in many psychometric and personal development tools.


Mike Barkham: Mike has deep and broad experience of the global consulting environment from 25 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he was a partner for many years and led teams advising top tier client accounts on Finance, IT systems, Risk Management and HR, with a focus on mergers, acquisitions and one-off transformational projects. He was also a successful leader of various PwC business units, using a coaching leadership style to improve the performance of his direct report partners, and hence to deliver improved revenues and bottom line results. Mike now works with individuals as an executive coach, and facilitates group development work with teams and on senior executive development programs (including at the London Business School). Mike works at depth on both the conscious thoughts and unconscious emotions which drive behaviour, drawing on both his business experience and an extensive knowledge of developmental behavioural psychology. He has an advanced diploma in executive coaching.


Alison Rennison: Alison has over 25 years’ experience of successful leadership in business; developing strategy, building teams and delivering change. Before moving into executive development, Alison was Managing Director of Barclays Cards and Loans at Barclaycard, leading a multi £billion credit card and consumer lending business. She previously held several other director-level positions across the Barclays Group. She has experience of commissioning and working with consultancy firms, including Accenture, Booz Allen Hamilton, IBM and PWC. Over the last three years Alison has coached senior individuals in a diverse range of organisations, including banking, investment management, insurance, international law firms, professional service and directors and the National Health Service. She has also delivered development for senior groups, through role play, workshops and team development events. Alison is an International Coach Federation accredited coach (ACC) and NLP Practitioner.


Kevin Coyne: Kevin spent the substantial part of his career in financial services. Roles include establishing Citibank banking services in Europe/Middle East, managing consumer credit services for GE Capital in the UK for 14 million customers, and managing 12 companies in 7 countries as CEO of Equifax Europe. He is also skilled in start ups having been involved in Channel 5 launch and developing Saga Financial Services as MD. During his career he has bought in, and worked with, many consultants and product advisors. His work now focuses on mentoring leaders and SMEs to improve performance and get the best from products, profits and people. Kevin has been involved in executive role play with different clients of Turquoise Sky for 6 years and is known for his pragmatic and motivational approach to coaching participants on relationship skills.


Kath Burlinson: Kath has extensive experience working in the corporate and public sector, helping individuals to increase personal impact and organisations to envision their futures. She is a professional theatre performer and director, drawing on theatre techniques to create refreshing and powerful approaches for developing personal presence and facilitating change. Her focus is on physical intelligence. Kath brings energy, enthusiasm and commitment to all her workshops and strives to ensure that they are fit for purpose and seriously good fun. She has a PhD and trained as a coach at the Centre for Cultural Leadership.
