Mark Gervais
Mark Gervais

Mark has extensive knowledge and experience in stakeholder engagement, diversity, inclusive leadership, conflict resolution and relationship management. He spent the former part of his career in the Metropolitan Police Service, latterly as diversity advisor for professional standards and relationship manager for the Met Police Management Board and Independent Advisory Groups, liaising at senior levels in the Met Police, UK National Policing, Armed Forces and British Government. Mark is a sought after speaker, facilitator and advisor working with clients across Europe in sectors such as financial services, broadcasting, management consultancy, technology, aviation and the public sector. He spent 3 years co-hosting a Global Inclusion Network for practitoners from blue chip companies including Shell, Accenture, BBC, RBS, EY, BskyB, Enterprise, Clifford Chance and Royal Mail. Mark is passionate about influencing hearts and minds, and enabling leaders to optimise opportunities, through embracing diversity and inclusion. He is valued for his deep expertise and for getting to the heart of an issue through his engaging, challenging style.


Alison MacKay
Alison Mackay

Alison has a background in psychology, organisational development, leadership development and employee engagement. As a Human Resources Director for global organisations, such as Goldman Sachs, she developed specialist expertise in working with high performing individuals and businesses across many cultures.  Alison is passionate about helping organisations capitalise on the contribution that a diverse leadership community brings, and supporting individuals from minority communities in harnessing their career opportunities. Her work in this area has involved adapting and delivering leadership programs; implementing mentoring and sponsorship programs for women; running sessions on focussed topics such as unconscious bias, networking and brand; speaking at international conferences and consulting on organisational best practice. Alison has a particular interest in neuroscience and enabling individuals to understand, and benefit from, the full potential of the brain. She is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development and a qualified NLP Practitioner and Hypnotherapist. Alison is known for her strong drive and enthusiasm and her pragmatic results-oriented approach.
